By Mercedes Sanchez, the President and Founder of Trade Education and Compliance Network LLC and the Latino Community Association

The presentation looks at the fair distribution of recovery funds, specifically focusing on how to overcome the obstacles that hinder fair distribution to minorities. The issue is analyzed on three levels: individual characteristics of minority populations, economic environment and institutional barriers, and the private, public, and non-profit system.
